Automation and control

The WMS decides. Our WCS moves it. One team owns both.

Thomax delivers white-box warehouse control alongside .wms, so there is no gap between the system that releases the work and the software that drives the equipment.

  • Control software for shuttles and lifts, conveyors, inbound and outbound sorters, put-to-light and right-size packaging machines, delivered on live sites.
  • Release work to AMR and goods-to-person systems through dedicated APIs; picks, receipts, adjustments and order status report back.
  • White-box by design: the rules that connect a wave to a conveyor are readable, and the engineers who wrote them take the call.

Release

Waves release to shuttles, AMRs and goods-to-person systems with the tote, carton or logistic unit already decided.

Conveyors, sorters, lifts, put-to-light and right-size packers run on control code Thomax delivers and supports.

Report back

Picks, receipts, stock adjustments and order status come back to the licence-plated record, so the audit trail stays whole.

Configured, not coded

Change the rules without a change request.

Scoped settings

Settings resolve by instance, warehouse and client. Two clients in one building can run different pick, capture, label, export and billing rules.

Generic Page Engine

Database-defined screens run on web and handheld with permissions, so a new capture step ships without an app release.

Triggers and report rules

Configured triggers run against documents or on a schedule. A client can replace built-in putaway logic with a report-defined rule.
